Role & responsibilities
1. Effectively handle & groom team of sales engineers across region
2. Initiates and follow up on new business opportunities. (KAM/KIM)
3. Leads new business meetings and sales closures with institutional customers. (Hotel, Hospitals, Builders, Corporate Parks, PSU )
4. Prior experience in dealer management is mandatory .
5. Effectively develop new dealers basis CCWS- Institution business model while improving performance amongst existing dealers
6. Leverages the organizations relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
7. Ensures that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
8. Achieving order booking and invoicing targets monthly basis, monitoring regional profitability margins and control on expenses
9. Timely compiling and submission of Weekly/Monthly reports
Reporting to Business Head-Institution Sales
10. Handling products Like STP, Drinking Water, Swimming Pool Water
