We're looking for SDRs who can help us create a strong lead funnel by creating meaningful connections for our growth in the international markets. She/He can also lead a team and nurture them.

About The Role (KRA’s)

  • Researching potential prospects, contacting them via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying them, educating prospects about the services and scheduling meetings in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Independently building and managing your pipeline leveraging our outbound sales software.
  • Setting aggressive goals and achieving them on a continuous basis
  • Providing smooth transitions from a prospect to lead regularly to our Account Executives/Managers.
  • Demonstrating great sales techniques by developing and continuously optimising emails written for client acquisition

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Extremely data-driven and oriented towards achieving targets on a continuous basis
  • Loves to research and learn about customer persona of multiple demographics
  • Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to build a career in sales
  • Team player and nurture young minds to evolve

·  Persuasive and goal-oriented

·  Excellent research skills

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

·  Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred

·  Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

  • Who will be the stakeholders that you will approach
  • Channels that you will use to approach those prospects and convert them into accounts
  • Highlight why you will like to hit these companies (Please also mention a few characteristics of the target companies i.e Demographics, Domain, Services, Team Size, Revenue/Funding etc. while you answer these questions)
  • Create a drip campaign for any one of the companies identified above
