Job Summary
Job Summary Responsible for Conceptualizing and publishing HR Analytics/Dashboards and maintaining the effectiveness of HR-related workflow processes and the integrity of data in our HR System.
Job Responsibilities
HR Technology and Analytics -
1. Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, labour efficiency and other key People metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
2. Develop a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented monthly, quarterly, and annually in senior leadership meetings.
3. Execute Restaurant Incentive Program by giving timely updates and doing the calculations.
4. Analyse data and present insights around various opportunities to improve cost, People Governance and metrics.
5. Single Point of Contact for all HR dashboarding and technology needs.
6. Identify the new HR system requirements to maintain smooth functioning of all HR activities at HRPL.
7. Responsible for the governance of implementation effort and project management of all the HR Tools & modules in HRMS
8. Manage relationships with 3rd party providers.
9. Ensure all HR systems related queries are resolved within a defined SLA through partners.
10. Maintain HR process and data integrity in our Tech systems.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification Graduate (Mandatory), MBA in Human Resources (Preferable)
Preferred Total Experience
1 - 3 years overall experience with good understanding of HR processes
Preferred Relevant
Should have experience in (a) HR Analytics (b) HRIS Exposure.
