Role & responsibilities
Responsible for driving the Modern Trade business with Regional and National chains like Spencers, BigBazaar, Reliance Retail, ABRL, DMart etc.
Responsible for achievement of sales target for all products - biscuit, cake, rusk, bread etc.
Identifying region specific opportunity and developing business.
Sales planning & forecasting, coordinate with supply chain team for better services and availability.
Building, sustaining and leveraging relationships with key customers in order to streamline inputs and develop the business.
Ensuring instore excellence through impactful visibility execution and sustenance of share of shelf across categories.
Assessing and ensuring health of business for partners with planning for appropriate ROI.
Coordinate with National and Regional Key Accounts Managers and execute all the marketing and brand activities as per the agreed agenda.
Preferred candidate profile
Someone with at least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade including 3 years as a manager
Should have experience in developing new clients
Graduate + MBA/PGD (Marketing)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Good with calculations
