Job Overview:
The Sales Manager and Sales Officer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the market reach of our products. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
