Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Development: Develop custom SharePoint applications, sites, workflows, and web parts using technologies such as SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft 365 development tools.
• Configuration: Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions to meet business requirements.
• Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other systems and platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and external data sources.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of SharePoint environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and best practices.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures, permissions, and access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance of SharePoint solutions to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful SharePoint projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, including expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Proficiency in SharePoint customization and development tools such as SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and best practices.
• Experience with SharePoint migration, governance, and security.
• Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint development (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Developer) is a plus.

Optional Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools and add-ins.
