The person will be responsible to handle retail operations of few Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and multiple Large Format Stores (LFS) counters in an assigned area.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Optimize and oversee multiple EBO & LFS operations to ensure smooth operations as per efficiency matrix & profitability
- Should be able to lead the team of SOM, Team Leads and Floor staff of the assigned stores in the state.
- Management of store & LFS level inventory, identify fast moving items & ensure continuous replenishment of those items at store/counters
- Competition tracking, gather market intelligence and making proactive plans to counter competition.
- Monitoring store footfall and subsequent conversion to sales and maintain profitability of assigned outlets/counters
- Handle customer service and work closely with marketing team to monitor & drive CLP program
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes at stores
- Responsible for training & development initiatives for store personnel (brand staff)
- Monitor staff attendance, absenteeism, grievances of store staff and quick resolution
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience of minimum 8 to 10 years managing area operations from prominent retail brands, preferably menswear
- Experience of handling store manpower
- Should have multiple store/counter experience.
- An MBA (Marketing) qualification is desired.
