- Manage sales in Key Govt. Hospitals and Medical Colleges in Northeast (Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram)
- Develop strong customer relationship with Nursing Team and Purchase team in each hospital
- Generate demand and PO for 3M products
- Introduce proprietary products in Medical Colleges and generate new business
- Conduct ISPs and other contact programs to promote new best practices and protocol in Hospitals
- Manage Primary Sales through dedicated Govt. Channel Partners
- Coach and train distributor's sales team to generate business in upcountry hospitals
- 5 - 6 years sales experience of surgical consumables in the region
- MBA preferred, BSc / BE mandatory
- Strong knowledge of hospital industry and supply chain
- Willing to travel extensively
- Ability to communicate in the local language
