Job Description

Responsible for overall aftermarket business of assigned territories (States)
  • Help create and understand the sales budget for the Area based on potential, past trends & growth aspiration
  • Develop distribution network for both primary and secondary (Handle Channel relationship management and resolve channel disputes)
  • Strengthening of Distribution/Channel (Primary Distribution) network - Conducting White Spot analysis
  • Protect existing business and prospect new opportunities/business growth
  • Planning, initiation, and monitoring of visibility, market activation and sales promotion
  • Improve service level and distribution cycle
  • Monitor Indents & Stock at Depots linked to the Area to manage inventory efficientlyTo guide, train, and monitor progress of the sales team & CPs in the territory
  • Continuous Upskilling of team members
  • Motivate team members to manage retention

The Successful Applicant

B.E. / B.Tech (Mech/Auto/Chem/Oil Tech)

13-15 years' experience in sales retail trade

  • Ability to Forecast Sales Goals Based on Analytics
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Sales Prospecting & Business Acumen
  • Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate team
