Roles and Responsibilities
- To Achieve Sales targets.
- To manage the SBI Hubs and FoS.
- Establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value.
- To liaise with SBI Branch Managers and other teams of SBI to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
- Regularly track and report performance of the zone in terms of targeted sales and business volume
- She/he will be responsible for growing business volumes from existing portfolios and new acquisitions.
- Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue.
- Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing businesses.
- Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention.

- She/he will also focus on expansion and acquisition of merchants within the zone regions assigned
- Improve customer satisfaction and drive business volumes of merchant relationship
