Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To Achieve Sales targets.
  • To manage the SBI Hubs and FoS.
  • Establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value.
  • To liaise with SBI Branch Managers and other teams of SBI to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Regularly track and report performance of the zone in terms of targeted sales and business volume
  • She/he will be responsible for growing business volumes from existing portfolios and new acquisitions.
  • Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue.
  • Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing businesses.
  • Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the customers.
  • Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention.
