Branch Manager - Channel Management - FMCD (2-5 yrs)

 


Purpose:


- Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of company on a sustainable basis.

- Strategically build Sales Team and Channels for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Accountability:

- Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.

Key Decision - Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.

Working Relation:

- Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level.

- Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
