Position: CMO


Chief Marketing Officer Will Be Heading Entire Marketing Department At Group Level Spanning Across All Businesses Including FMCG + FMCD + Real Estate. Turnover is approx. $200M.

Chief Marketing Office will be responsible for: (Indicative only)

  • Key Member Of Leadership Team Responsible For Formulating Strategic Direction
  • Driving Development of Strategic Plans for Core Brands/Companies.
  • Identify Opportunities That Will Drive Short To Long Term Future Growth Prospects.
  • Identify And Scale Winning Innovations.
  • Brand Communicator for External and Internal Stakeholders


Job Brief:

  • We Are Looking for A CMO Who’ll Lead 360° Marketing Activities at Group Level.
  • You Will Be Developing Plans To Establish Our Brands, Allocating Resources To Different Projects And Setting Short-Term And Long-Term Department Goals.
  • You Will Develop And Manage Internal And External Marketing Resources.
  • If You Can Inspire Your Team Members, We’d Like To Meet You.
  • Your Goal Is To Position Our Brand In The Market To Gain Competitive Advantage And Increased Market Share.
  • Ensure Our Brand Message Is Strong And Consistent Across All Marketing Channels.
  • Analyze effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Identify Opportunities And Threats In The Market.


Requirements:

  • Work Experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably in Food/Beverage industry.
  • Experience in Formulating Marketing Strategies and Implementation at Ground Level.
  • Solid Industry Contacts for Complete Marketing Ecosystem.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Leadership Skills With The Ability To Set And Prioritize Goals.
  • Analytical Mind
  • Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field
  • Young_Dynamic_Great Personality
  • MBA from Reputed Institutes (Regular)


AGE: Approx. 35-48 Yrs


Budget: upto 1Cr. approx. (Not a bar for right candidate)


Career Path: The CMO will be future COO.
