- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
- Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
- Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task toeven enter the account.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- 11-16 Years of experience in team handling and merchant acquisition.
- Should be self driven and motivated.
- Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Should have good exposure in cold calling, pre sales and lead generation.
- Should be a graduate.
- Should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle the key accounts.
