The business will be largely operated in Metro & Tier 1 cities involving interaction with core specialist managing Bone & Joint Health.

Main Responsibilities

  • To analyse and prepare working plan for the territory basis the data provides/ market research
  • To be able to follow up, monitor and achieve targets of the territory
  • Implementation & execution of all strategies Stakeholder engagement- doctors, stockist, retailers, chemists and institutions pharmacy
  • Discipline and punctual with set timelines for multiple internal processes
  • Basic computer skills- excel working, word & email exchanges
  • Fast learner and adaptable to change in market
  • Strong communication skills (verbal)- English and local language
  • Effective in-clinic performance
  • Basic understanding and ability to explain anatomy physiology and product portfolio
  • Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs
  • Prescription audit for Abbott brands and other competitors' brands
  • Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan

Education level

Science (BSc) / Pharma graduate (BPharm)

Experience: 3-7 years

Skill Sets: Good communication & executive presence, Trained in science-based product selling, Proficient in MS Office

Other: Steady career (does not change companies often), Practiced KOL management & customer engagement, efficient in executing out-clinic initiatives, ethics & compliance focused, highly mobile & managed large geographies.
