About Us:

Vivre Panels has a rich history as a renowned manufacturer and importer of plywood and panel products, including plywood, structural boards, veneers, and laminates. With a well-established pan-India warehousing and distribution network, we have recently expanded into a new product vertical focused on decorative panels, surfaces, and cladding.


We are in search of a National Business Head - Distribution & Channel Sales to lead the new product vertical's strategy and sales efforts, aligning with our senior management team.


Candidate Profile:

  • Core Competencies: Sales & Distribution Operations, Large-Scale Channel Management, Profit Center Leadership
  • Industry Experience: Consumer Goods, FMCG, Home Decor Products
  • Experience: Minimum of 15+ years

Responsibilities:

  • National Sales & Distribution Strategy: Develop a comprehensive sales & distribution strategy for the interior and exterior architectural product segment, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Team Recruitment, Management & Leadership: Recruit and build a high-performing sales and distribution team across various regions in India. This includes hiring RSM / ASM / other relevant roles, and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets their targets.
  • Distribution Network Development: Establish and expand a pan-India distribution and dealer network. Identify potential distributors and dealers in key markets, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships to ensure efficient product distribution.
  • Sales and Supply Chain Procedures: Develop and implement efficient sales and supply chain procedures to ensure smooth product delivery and availability.
  • Product Portfolio Expansion: Work closely with the product development team to expand the range of interior and exterior architectural products based on market demand and trends.
  • Profit Center Management: Manage the new segment as a profit center, ensuring that it operates within budget and delivers on revenue and profitability targets.
  • Financial Planning & Performance Metrics: Prepare and manage the budget for the distribution and channel sales segment. Establish KPIs for the sales and distribution team and regularly review and assess performance against these metrics.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 15+ years of experience working in FMCG / consumer goods / or other products, with a focus on channel sales and distribution.
  • Prior experience in sales for product segments that require merchandising and retail channel partners. Example industries include consumer goods, furnishings, wallpaper, luxury goods, FMCG.
  • Prior experience in leading a channel-based business segment in a defined region for 5+ years

Profile:

  • Effective management skills to lead sales staff and resources.
  • A passion for developing other executives to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Ability to take responsibility and lead while consistently delivering results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working with direct dealers and distributors.
  • Minimum age of 38+ years due to the extensive experience required.

Education:

  • Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization

Financial Remuneration:

Completely on the candidate's profile and experience. Performance-based incentives will be offered.
