Job Description:
- REM will lead operational excellence (restaurant driven) and vendor management projects within their assigned accounts/geographies.
- They are expected to form close ties with their accounts and execute win-win projects that they run with the accounts. Example: decrease prep time to get listing boost and higher last mile.
- REM is expected to close discussions and convince the partners to work with us on the challenging and mutually beneficial strategic projects planned for the region.
- REM is expected to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure superior Customer Experience through strategic initiatives & improve the CX score for their assigned geographies.
- REM will be responsible to drive the charters of CX score, IGCC and RDC
Desired Skill:
- 3-5 years of experience in vendor management roles/ After Sales / CRM roles.
- Collaboration & Negotiation skills.
- Graduate/MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges
- Excellent communication skill
