Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or on-site in your designated city. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, leveraging their extensive high-value sales and franchisee sales experience to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong local investor network, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Utilize your 6+ years of high-value sales experience to drive sales in the designated area.
- Leverage your 3+ years of high-value franchisee sales experience to expand our franchise network.
- Build and maintain a strong local investor network.
- Utilize your own laptop, smartphone, and vehicle (bike or car) for local commuting.
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business develops in the area.
- Conduct and participate in webinars and group calls to promote products and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of high-value sales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of high-value franchisee sales experience in any industry.
- Strong local investor network.
- Own a laptop, smartphone, and a means of local transportation (bike or car).
- Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in conducting and participating in webinars.
- Industry knowledge and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
