About The Role


As a Team Leader, you will manage 10-15 team members directly and drive company objectives and goals. You will be solely responsible for business development in your region. You will drive three main categories Apparels & Fashion, Footwear & Home Furnishing in your region. You will ensure all disputes or discrepancies get resolved within stipulated time. You must be from Malda or Mursidabad region or you have to relocate in that region.


Skills Required
Ability to perform under extreme pressure
Must be a hard working multi-tasker
Strong communication & analytical skills
Good comand in micro soft excel along with google sheets (good hands in PPT making as well)
High negotiation skills
Experience of primary, secondary & channel sales is good to have

Educational Qualifications
Any graduate

Work Experience
candidates from b2b, fmcd, fmcg, banking, fintech, telecom are preferable
At least minimum 2 years field sales team leading experience.

Note : You must be from Malda or Mursidabad region or you have to relocate in that region.
