Duties And Responsibility of ZSM:

 Strategize for the achievement of regional sales targets through the zonal team.

 Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping a close check

monthly.

 Target achievement by the Regional Territory Head, Territory Head, and their

respective team.

 Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

 Communicate product schemes and offers to the Regional Territory head, Territory

Head and ensure their implementation.

 Communicate the proposed inventory level to the AVP or VP for approval.

 Coordination with AVP/VP/ HO to deliver effective communication with co-workers.

 Validate feedback and data which is collected by the regional Territory Head from his

team.

Requirements:

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

 Planning and organizational skills.

 Regularly joined fieldwork and generate or suggest new ideas to his team.

Annual Salary of the Job : 10-16Lakhs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • MANAGER: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Pharmaceutical sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Critical care: 4 years (Preferred)
