Area Sales Executive - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

  Would build the market for us including team management of WOW field champions.


- Drive primary and secondary sales through offline GT channel.

- Build partners of GT channel such as stockists, distributors, etc.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated area.

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics for the assigned area.

- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop integrated strategies for sales growth.

- Manage and prioritize time effectively to cover the assigned territory efficiently.

Educational/Experience requirements :

- Should have execution abilities & high negotiation skills

- Candidate should have Bangalore city and upmarket geography as experience

- Preferred to hire someone who has personal care category experience

- Proven team management skills

- Candidate with 2-5 years of experience who is open to travel
