Exclusive Business Manager Job Responsibilities
Exclusive Business Manager work with a company's biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
Job Duties
- Responsible for driving Xiaomi business for exclusive channel.
- Ensuring Expansion targets are defined in AOP as per TAT.
- Ensuring Profitability of Exclusive channels.
- Ensuring NPS and CX score for customer in the store.
- Ensuring MSL of all categories of the product as per the defined norm in Exclusive Stores.
- Ensuring promoter and store manager discipline and hygiene of stores.
- Assuring Attachment on VAS, Eco product.
- Ensuring SO targets for Mobile + TV IOT.
- Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency
- Build relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)
- Deep expertise in sales, distribution, and retail operations in that territory
- Must have a Master's degree in Business.
- Need to manage large teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Should be OK with traveling 4-5 days a week (must!)
- Past mobile handset sales experience, training team, and Retail SPM would be preferred.
- Preferred industries: handsets, consumer durables, telecom, FMCG, paints, etc.
