Exclusive Business Manager Job Responsibilities

Exclusive Business Manager work with a company's biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Job Duties
  • Responsible for driving Xiaomi business for exclusive channel.
  • Ensuring Expansion targets are defined in AOP as per TAT.
  • Ensuring Profitability of Exclusive channels.
  • Ensuring NPS and CX score for customer in the store.
  • Ensuring MSL of all categories of the product as per the defined norm in Exclusive Stores.
  • Ensuring promoter and store manager discipline and hygiene of stores.
  • Assuring Attachment on VAS, Eco product.
  • Ensuring SO targets for Mobile + TV IOT.
  • Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency
  • Build relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Deep expertise in sales, distribution, and retail operations in that territory
  • Must have a Master's degree in Business.
  • Need to manage large teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
  • Should be OK with traveling 4-5 days a week (must!)
  • Past mobile handset sales experience, training team, and Retail SPM would be preferred.
  • Preferred industries: handsets, consumer durables, telecom, FMCG, paints, etc.
