Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (EV/Automobile) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics for the assigned area
- Training, supervising, and setting clear sales targets for the sales team
- Creating sales forecasts and budgets for the area
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, clients, and partners
- Resolving customer issues effectively and maintaining clear communication
- Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management
- Managing the sales budget for the area
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership position
- A proven track record in establishing and maintaining distributor channels and dealer networks
