Role Expectations:
- Heading sales operations and customer management for the Area and to deliver business plan in line with the organization AOP.
- Plan Territory Development–Expansion of the territory, Analysis – Population, Sales, Competition penetration, New Opportunities Identification
- Distribution Management – Handling Distributor Relations, Collections Management
- Building and Managing the Team in the region
- Driving Topline Growth of the Company keeping bottom line metrics in consideration
- Manage and Own Spend Budgets for the region
- Should have managed a sizeable sales workforce and also deal with People development and retention
- In-depth Analysis of the sales in the region and the RCA for the issues identified
- Responsible for Driving Sales across GT and MT, Visibility, Manning of Outlets of BA Doors and RBA Doors
- Managing entire sales pipeline – Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
Role Deliverables:
- Store Expansion in the Region
- LFL growth
- Topline and Bottom-Line Number Achievement
- Manpower Management – Hiring Quality Man power and Retention of the existing team
- Setting, Driving and thereby Achieving Sales targets for the team and self as a whole
- Sharing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports & P&L.
