Job Description


Role:


  • Branch Sales Manager must work closely with the Branch Head to drive the overall Sales, growth and profit of the branch through the sales channel as well as individually.
  • Manage and train the Sales team, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction for achievement of the financial goals of the branch.
  • Must be aware of all the product lines of the bank.
  • Must oversee the sales on a daily basis and take ownership of achievement of the Sales Target and success of the branch.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain updated knowledge of the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India and all other regulatory authorities.
  • All reporting and management information to be provided on a timely basis to the higher management.
  • Encourage Sales staff to build Customer Relationships, conduct regular scheduled sales and be accountable for the sales performance.
  • Focus on expanding the existing customer relations and access local market conditions to identify prospective sales opportunities.
  • Review sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Ensure the best of branch sales by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Performing other tasks as may be assigned by the management.
