Job description
We are hiring 4 different candidates for each region (East, West, North, South).
- End to End onboarding of prospective customer (Big Brands / Enterprise / Corporate), who wants to keep their product in our warehouses for doing their B2B, B2C and D2C Business.
- Responsibility includes (but is not limited to), Shortlisting, Cold calling, Scoping, commercial negotiations, contract execution, payment release, onboarding and handover to the operations team.
- Cold calling to a prospective customer (Big Brands / Enterprise / Corporate) who wants to keep their product in our warehouses for doing their B2B, B2C and D2C Business
- Understanding the requirements of the customer and analysing the profitability of the company while generating new business.
- Arranging meeting
- Doing feasibility study and preparing service contract with the prospective customer
- Cross-selling to existing customers and up-selling
- Ensure proper documentation and formalities in coordination with the Onboarding team.
Industry Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 Years of experiences in 3 PL or 4 PL or 5PL business development and handling Key Accounts of 3PL or 4PL or 5PL Customers across India
- Solution designing expertise and prowess with IT based solution designing
- Ability to drive business growth, profitability, Implement sales Strategies, generate leads and conduct market research
- Leadership Skills and can present Business development training and mentoring to his/her team members
- Result Oriented, A Self Starter and Pro-active person
- Strong Communication and Writing Skills
- Good Command on English Language by Fluently speaking and Writing
- Minimum Bachelors Degree, MBA in Marketing have an added advantage
