General Description:

Th Account Manager position is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the region. The account manager needs to identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by engendering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV (including security, cabling, Audio Visual system) expertise to fulfill a specific client's needs.

Main Responsibilities:

- Proactively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets.

- Generate and identify sales leads.

- Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.

- Prepare quotations and preliminary system design.

- Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share.

- Enhance CONVERGINT brand name and image through sales and marketing channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide a client consultation.

- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison when necessary.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 - 8 years of hands-on solution-based sales experience.

- Proven track record of sales achievements in previous experience.

- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability.

- Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.

- Strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills are required.

- Demonstrated influencing skills.

- Ability to work independently and interact with the sales team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong financial analytical skills.

- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
