MIRCHI is seeking a resource for their IP division with minimum of 2-4 years of work experience who would be responsible for a cluster of brands of Mirchi in North along with leading the New Business Development and Branded Content/IP solutions initiatives for the existing set of brands.

What your day job looks like:

· IP Solution – Led the conversation with the client/agencies across all IP initiatives such as sponsorships, IP creation, alliances, co-branded marketing.

· Client Servicing – Interact with clients for briefs, approvals, and feedbacks.

· Managing work on social and listening to clients on a day-to-day basis for social content and mainline creative scope of work.

· Ability to meet strict deadlines.

· Identify content opportunities for the brand with media platforms and properties.

· Liaising with a creative partner to execute social content and mainline creative basis client brief.

· Plan and execute social media campaigns and manage the day-to-day social content posting for the brand.

· Coordinate with media team and creative partner to execute creative basis of the campaign.

· Influencer marketing – Tap on opportunities with existing and new sets of clients and pitch them ideas.

· Should have knowledge of On-ground activations elements and IP executions.

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER:

· Work closely with the execution manager to ensure delivery,

· Finance team to ensure compliance.

External STAKEHOLDER

· Clients

· Ad Agencies

· Executions partners

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

· Post Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in sales (Experience in events & sponsorship background a plus)

· Proficient in MS Office

· Keen understanding Branding / Brand Management
