Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to drive Secondary sales
- Maintaining healthy inventories & ensuring the demand supply of assigned outlets
- Opening of New outlets based on potential of area and business master.
- Handling team of DSOs and giving market contacts on Business development days
- Adhering with SFA guidelines and follow the set procedures.
- Visiting Ideal Stores outlet and helping CS for the availability of products
- Capturing market trends and movement of styles ranges
- Working on MUB and reach targets
- Capturing the right place of visibility, POP placement for assigned outlets.
- Executing Total calls, Productive calls & minimum market working norms
- Adhering with MIS reporting as per company norm
Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience: 4-6 Years in Channel sales (FMCG / FMCD / Distribution based companies past experience)
- Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Selling skills, basic excel
- Behavioral Competencies: Target oriented, interpersonal effectiveness, communication, team work, adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, influencing & negotiating skills
- Others : Core front end distribution sales role, openness to travel
- Key Skills : Channel Sales, Distributor Sales, FMCG Sales, Secondary Sales, Distribution Channel Sales, Distributor Handling
