JSW Steel - Head - Digital Marketing (14-16 yrs)


 Position Name Head Digital Marketing.


Purpose :

As we embark on the next phase of growth, it is imperative for JSW Steel to enhance the digital consumer engagement and experience to the next level. This role is responsible for building and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for JSW steel. It is a team leadership role which will entail building and leading a team of digital marketing experts to strengthen the engagement and affinity for JSW steel (Master and Product brands) in the digital space. The role will include Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Content development, Building partner relationships, Own Media responsibility, Marketing Automation through CRM and Ownership of JSW customer contact center.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):

- Develop and implement content marketing strategies for social media to build stronger brand awareness, drive engagement and organic growth.

- Plan, develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies

- Monitor and evaluate performance of the digital marketing agency

- Customer insights for building communication and promotion of JSW steel product brands.

- Build digital communication strategy to dial up the overall JSW steel communication platform.

- Effective utilization of digital marketing budgets through ROI driven approach.

Critical Tasks :

- Responsible for Planning, Implementing, Managing and monitoring the companys Social Media Strategies.

- Data driven insights for consistent improvement of content in all channels and meticulously track critical behavioral and performance metrics to deliver of campaign objectives & ROI.

- Ownership website content like web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, reviews and occasionally social media and marketing copy.

- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives

- Internal stakeholder management to build adoption of CRM tools in marketing function

- Management of JSW customer contact centre to deliver effective lead management and address customer query/ complaint.

- Building and leading a competent and capable digital marketing team.

Educational Background and Work Experience :

- 14+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Management.

- PG management Degree preferred

- Certification courses in Digital Marketing

1. Ability to take ownership for building digital marketing strategy

2. Strong decision making and Problem-solving skills.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to working with multiple stakeholders Marketing team, Product heads, Sales Organization, Group Marketing team, Corporate communication.
