Job description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.

2. Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the

company.

3. Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.

4. Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.

5. Experience of team handling in Insurance.

6. Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and

PSU clients.



Preferred candidate profile

1. Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 10 to 15 years) in Insurance Broking

2. University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
