Regional Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG/FMCD (6-8 yrs)

 


In partnership with sales, marketing & sales operations leadership, contribute to the development and implementation of Go to market ' strategy to gain share sustainably .


- Participate in and provide input to marketing and business strategic reviews and annual marketing plans,

- Through the relevant sales and marketing networks and team members, ensure the obtaining of knowledge and understanding of market business trends, customer's expectations and current competitive position.

- Direct, lead and coach the relevant sales activities for the market through direct reports

- Establish and develop people resource and implement talent management actions .

- In conjunction with sales leadership, complete annual (internal) sales audits and sales plans (including contingency plans) fo r all relevant channels in country.

- Direct the implementation of the agreed sales plan for the Channels, ensuring the relevant sales representatives are delivering the results agreed in the plan.

- Contribute in account relationship management and actively manage internal relationships.

- Drive performance through monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, financial and people progress, monitoring versus plan.

- Provide inputs and insights into the 3 to 5 year sales plan including go to market findings, cost to serve elements, and capability management.

- Partner effectively with the hub and country Operations, Global Supply Chain and Marketing teams.

- Optimise effectiveness of resources within the Sales team

- Adopt and utilize the where everyone is committed to the growth of our business, to deeply value our customers, to empower our people and to embrace change and challenge the status quo.
