Job Description:

  • Multiple locations: No of Pax: 5-6 (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Rest of India).
  • Dual profile: Identify market opportunities. Required to get B2B clients while simultaneously partner with freelancers. For B2B clients, selling to both existing & new clients is required
  • Account management - build quality relationships with all clients plus cross-selling services to existing clients
  • Make compelling partnership proposals / ppt presentations and be comfortable with giving lot of online presentations
  • Coordinate with other teams for successful project implementation & delivery within defined parameters
  • Be good at secondary research for lead generation purpose - require good research & client hunting skills
  • Market research & competitor analysis
  • Make various MIS reports as required by seniors
  • Attend meetings as and when required
  • Participate in giving ideas / suggestions to senior management


Required skills & experience:

  • Exp: 3-10 years of relevant experience in sales / Business Development (Individual contributor role to begin with)
  • Age range: 25 - 35 years
  • Location: Remote / Work from home
  • Compensation: Mix of equity along with a fixed compensation component, to be discussed. No compensation for first 3 months, hence equity is being offered in lieu of that.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Open mindset to work on MS office, daily reports, CRM tools etc.
  • Other skills which will help in this profile: good communication, negotiation skills, presentations skills, initiative skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, cold calling etc.
