Job description
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 8 years of experience in Insurance broking, mainly from fintech companies. He/She should have managed a team of minimum 10 to 20 telesales executives. Candidates should have experience preferably in the field of General Insurance, Life Insurance and Mutual Funds. Candidates who can bring in their own team are welcome.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle a Team of Telesales Executives.
Recruiting a team of Telesales Executives and generating business from them.
Monitoring & following process for driving sales through team of Telesales Executives.
Doing Performance Review of the Telesales Executives.
Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Motivating and training Telesales Executives for achieving their business Revenue Targets.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
