Job title: Sales Manager - India & Middle east

We're looking for a motivated team player to join our RevX Sales team as a Sales Manager for India & Middle East. You will prospect and close enterprise app publishers from all verticals that are keen to drive their app growth via programmatic mobile advertising.

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact

• Own and execute growth plans for your assigned territory as an autonomous self-starter.
• Design strategies on how to fulfill client’s needs and acquire new business.
• Develop strategies for introducing the RevX platform and penetrating target verticals.
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop deep programmatic knowledge related to the solutions offered by RevX platform and overall market trends in the AdTech domain.
• Work closely with Campaign and Account Management teams within the company to ensure superior performance of the campaigns using internal communication/process management tools such as Slack and Trello.
• Report on the progress of sales processes regarding both existing and potential clients using CRM reporting systems.
• Develop and Manage agency relationships.

Qualification

• 5+ years of extensive experience in direct sales, preferably in the B2B environment, and deep understanding of the programmatic landscape.
• Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude.
• Proven ability to forecast sales and build sales plans.
• Creativity and ability to build a vision with prospects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to articulate the benefits of our services and explain how they can drive advertising success.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Exceptional professionalism and business acumen.
• Ability to keep an open, effective, and supportive communication, particularly when working remotely.
• Readiness to travel within India as feasible.
