Designation: Senior Manager (Pre-Sales)

Function / Department: Pre-Sales / Business Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

1 Design sales strategies by extensive competitor mapping & demonstration of business opportunities
2 Working closely with sales team to close RFP's & ensure team follows up on proposals submitted
3 Design architecture of new solutions and work with operations team to build execution capabilities
4 Engagement with the customers to understand their needs and derive advice for prospective products/services that are aligned with the customers' demands
5 Ensure extensive market research is done for all products/services for which RFPs are being prepared
6 Ensure detailed financial feasibility is conducted for all projects
7 Interface with govt. bodies/ Major institutional clients to understand sector specific trends and potential opportunities available to us. Mapping these opportunities to various businesses in the group
8 Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
1 Past experience in Consulting/EdTech/Government/CSR/Skill/NGO preferred.
2 Must have worked in Business Strategy and Project Management.
3 Experience in handling a large team.

Education Qualification- BE + MBA
Experience- 7-10 Years
