Job description

Role Responsibilities

1. Achieving primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned zone / branch.

2. Forecasting sales in the given region on a monthly, quarand terly basis.

3. Assigning sales targets to ASMs and SOs and monitoring them.

4. Efficient utilization of man days through creation and monitoring of PJP for field staff.

5. Effective execution of Go To Market strategy.

6. Effective rollout of schemes.

7. Managing the sales team by communicating clear job expectations, mentoring, monitoring & evaluating performance.

8. Planning & tracking new product launches and sales promotion activities.

9. Conducting product and market- wise analysis and executing an action plan to improve sales. 10. Maintaining effective control of expenses in line with zonal budget objective.

11. Responsible for managing, training & mentoring area sales managers, sales officers and field staff on the execution of sales strategies.

12. Evaluating current distributors in terms of sales growth & market share.

13. Responsible for expansion of v distribution network and monitoring retailing & merchandising activities within the zone / branch.

14. Responsible for administrative activities like claim settlement and sharing sales tracking reports with the corporate.

15. Handling C&FA and monitoring stock, billing and collections.

16. Ensuring ROI to the partners.

17. Ensuring effective sales governance.

18. Identifying new business opportunities and remaining updated with competitor information.
