Job Description

  • Clear understanding of primary and secondary channels of sales.
  • New business development from existing and new customers.
  • Appointment and management of distributors.
  • Responsible for the business targets achievement of the territory.
  • Clear understanding of new products launched and ensuring success rate in respective territory.
  • Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth.
  • Looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
  • Identification of potential opportunities for sales.
  • Building a brand presence in the market.


Skills Required

  • Should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.
  • Hands-on experience in Retail Sales and Marketing field.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

  • Exposure to Sales and Marketing in Personal Care /Perfume or Body Mist/ FMCG/FMCD/Stationery ware /Fragrance Industries and the Home Care sector.
