- Clear understanding of primary and secondary channels of sales.
 - New business development from existing and new customers.
 - Appointment and management of distributors.
 - Responsible for the business targets achievement of the territory.
 - Clear understanding of new products launched and ensuring success rate in respective territory.
 - Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth.
 - Looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
 - Identification of potential opportunities for sales.
 - Building a brand presence in the market.
 
Skills Required
- Should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.
 - Hands-on experience in Retail Sales and Marketing field.
 
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
- Exposure to Sales and Marketing in Personal Care /Perfume or Body Mist/ FMCG/FMCD/Stationery ware /Fragrance Industries and the Home Care sector.
