Position: Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager
*Job Description:
1. Channel Development:
- Develop and expand new dealer and sub-dealer channels.
- Identify potential partners and build strong relationships.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Lead the team to ensure targeted revenue achievement.
3. Revenue Generation:
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive consistent revenue growth in the assigned area.
4. Channel Sales:
- Execute channel sales plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance within the channel.
5. Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners.
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
You must have :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and electric mobility.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals.
