Position: Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager

*Job Description:

1. Channel Development:

  • Develop and expand new dealer and sub-dealer channels.
  • Identify potential partners and build strong relationships.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Lead the team to ensure targeted revenue achievement.

3. Revenue Generation:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth in the assigned area.

4. Channel Sales:

  • Execute channel sales plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance within the channel.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners.
  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

You must have :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for sustainability and electric mobility.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹57,678.71 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
