Regional Logistics Manager - North
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
- The role holder works with regional sales team to meet the requirement on product availability and customer service.
- The role holder works closely with regional commercial team to meet the commercial hygiene and with corporate finance on cost control.
- The role holder works closely with SRQC team which included Commercial Quality team & HRRB team to meet the SRQC demand as per the guideline to maintain the Quality standard as per GDP audit and comply the Human resource & responsible business guideline in evert Distribution Center of the region.
- The role holder interacts closely with NPS team on Vendor negotiations.
- The role holder interacts closely with Legal team for every Agreement closer on time and with Regulatory team for all the Licenses on place.
- The role holder to work closely with all the 3PL Service Provider to get the required throughput and finally manage the entire operation smoothly.
- Ensure smooth and better service level across DCs.
- Ensure commercial hygiene of the DCs.
- Ensure cost control and cost reduction.
- Ensure maintain Quality standard & HRRB standard of the DCs through GDP & HRRB audits.
- Ensure better vendor negotiation and contract closer.
- Ensure good vendor management.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Handling region stock balancing against final demand through direct interaction with Demand & Distribution planners and through Inter CFA planning within region.
- Maintain System hygiene through regular checking & interaction with different responsible vertical within or 3PLs through regular adjustment in both SAP and WMS post audit / IRA / special approval.
- Coordinate with sales and planner for liquidation of the SMI product and preparation of the block stocks details for provisioning and necessary decision.
- Preparation of the final Write off and disposal file according to the company requirements.
- OTM master updation , monitoring OTM transaction completion on time, take the necessary action of the non-completion area for the solution and finally timely payment for the transport vendors.
- Help and co-ordinate with all the CFAs share the plan in advance for smooth operation specially on critical days.
- Responsible for entire regional operation throughout.
- Implementation for QMS sustainability as per the requirement of Reckitt's Global Distribution Procedure.
- Conducting internal audit regarding operational, quality, safety and statutory.
- Implementation of Depot KPI, monitoring, and plan for sustainability & increase.
- Ensure HRRB standard as per the Reckitt's Global policy by conducting regular tracking of Human Resource and Responsible Business requirements.
- Monitoring the applicability and availability of valid Licenses at DCs.
- Ensure timely negotiations with vendors along with NPS, close with Legal.
- Cost control on CFA Operation & transporter is one of the most important responsibilities.
- Productivity increase to control cost is another important area to work.
- Active participation on different important System / Infra project as per the Reckitt's requirement.
